This role is ideal for someone ready to take ownership, think strategically, and drive excellence across every facet of the deal process. What You'll Do As an Analyst, you'll serve as a team member on active engagements—supporting Managing Directors, VPs, and Associates with critical responsibilities across pitch development, financial modeling, deal execution, and client communications. You will: Own financial models, valuation analysis, and transaction materials from the ground up Lead diligence and content development for pitchbooks, CIMs, and buyer lists Manage day-to-day execution logistics and client deliverables Be a key point of contact for clients, buyers, and counterparties throughout the process Demonstrate initiative, precision, and creativity under pressure Mentor interns and contribute to team culture and deal success What You Bring 1–2 years of investment banking or related experience Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint, with deep Analysis, Valuation, & Modeling skills Strong grasp of corporate finance, accounting, and M&A process Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills A proactive, collaborative mindset with a drive to advance to the Associate level Why DAK At DAK, we don’t just close deals—we build careers.
