About the Role We're looking for a Growth Manager to own demand generation and growth marketing across FyndTech's digital channels. Responsibilities Plan and execute growth campaigns across SEO, content, email and paid channels Own website and campaign analytics, reporting on funnel performance Work with sales to align marketing-qualified leads with pipeline goals Test and iterate on messaging, landing pages and acquisition channels Requirements 3+ years in growth or performance marketing, ideally B2B/SaaS Strong grasp of SEO, analytics tools and CRM-driven marketing Data-driven mindset with a bias for experimentation What We Offer Fully remote role Ownership of growth strategy and budget input Direct visibility into company-wide metrics #J-18808-Ljbffr
