Responsibilities

Engage with local families and business owners to understand their unique protection needs.

Guide clients through the process of selecting the right coverage options to secure their assets.

Manage and maintain a growing book of business through consistent communication and support.

Collaborate with the rest of the team to share insights and refine our approach to service.

Document client interactions accurately within our internal systems to ensure seamless record-keeping.

Participate in local community activities to help build and strengthen our agency’s presence in Clearfield.

Requirements

Active Pennsylvania Property Casualty Insurance Producer license.

Solid understanding of insurance policies, coverages, and industry regulations.

Experience in a client-facing role, ideally within insurance or financial services.

Strong command of office technology and standard agency management software.

High school diploma or equivalent, though a college degree is welcomed.

Ability to commute daily to our Clearfield office location.
