Mechanical Assembler - 1st Shift Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 15.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 05:00am to 03:00am) Assemble custom air handling units using hand and power tools. Read blueprints and follow assembly instructions to ensure accurate builds. Install mechanical components, panels, and hardware on HVAC equipment. Inspect finished assemblies for quality, safety, and proper operation. Work as part of a team to meet production schedules and customer requirements. Mechanical Assembler - 1st Shift Qualifications: Mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or hand-tool experience preferred. Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and follow detailed work instructions. Capable of standing, lifting, and working in a fast-paced production environment. Strong attention to detail, quality, and workplace safety.
