Live Production Producer (Spanish Language)

Live Production Producer (Spanish Language) Bilingual Spanish-English proficiency; live production experience; scriptwriting and rundown creation; post-production workflow management; knowledge of US Hispanic and LATAM gaming trends; familiarity with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro); social media platform knowledge (e.g., YouTube, Twitch); on-camera production experience in Spanish; motion graphics and thumbnail optimization. Key Responsibilities Produce Spanish-language segments and social content for studio shows, tournaments, and creator collaborations. Build scripts and rundowns; align with show producers, graphics, and technical teams. Direct on-camera talent and VO in Spanish; coordinate shoots and field segments. Manage post workflows: select footage, create short‑form cutdowns, captions, and obtain approvals. Oversee translations/subtitles for cross‑language content; ensure tone and terminology fit US Hispanic and LATAM audiences. Maintain production documents, schedules, and deliverables; communicate updates to stakeholders. Ensure sponsor integrations, brand safety, and music/rights compliance across edits. Qualifications Bilingual Spanish/English with excellent spoken and written fluency in both. Proven experience producing gaming/esports or creator‑led content (studio or field). Demonstrated understanding of US Hispanic and LATAM gaming trends, platforms, and community norms. Strong editorial judgment, story sense, and attention to detail under live timelines. Comfortable working shoulder‑to‑shoulder with live production teams and on comms. Local to Atlanta and available for in‑person work at our Uptown studio. Tools and Experience Scripting/rundowns: Google Docs/Sheets, Shoflo or similar. Post: Adobe Premiere Pro; basic After Effects and Photoshop preferred. Subtitles/localization: Premiere captions, YouTube Studio, CaptionHub/Amara/Rev or similar. Platform familiarity: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, Twitch (short‑form and live). Nice to Have On‑camera producing/field producing experience in Spanish. Experience coaching bilingual hosts/casters and directing VO sessions. Basic motion graphics, thumbnail/title optimization for Spanish‑language audiences. Network of Spanish‑speaking creators/talent in the US and LATAM.
