Senior Relationship Management Analyst

Position: Relationship Management Analyst (RMA) – Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) team at Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH). As an RMA, you will manage day‑to‑day FCM and Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO) client relationships, ensuring high client service expectations while monitoring BBH’s financial exposure. Key Responsibilities Client Servicing Establish and maintain client service model in partnership with the FCM Relationship Manager. Primary day‑to‑day contact for margin settlements, banking, collateral and investment activities, and collateral management. Provide timely and accurate responses to all client inquiries to achieve client satisfaction. Filter and eskitate client requests and serve as an escalation point for service issues. Build a network of contacts within the client organization and across BBH internal departments. Build credibility and foster trust with clients via telephone and in‑person meetings. Risk and Control Ensure adherence to regulations specific to FCM/DCO clients. Identify and resolve time‑sensitive margin payments and security movements to meet tight exchange deadlines. Monitor and release daily payments via BBH’s internal payment system based on pre‑defined client criteria. Vigilantly monitor client behavior to alleviate potential risk to the firm. Interact closely with BBH’s Treasury team to keep them apprised of daily US and foreign activity. Review and maintain client documentation in collaboration with the FCM Relationship Manager. Review invoices generated by BBH’s internal Billing team to ensure accuracy and monitor client accounts for timely fee collection. Technology, Productivity and Innovation Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues experienced by clients on BBH systems. Manage setup of clients and train them on BBH’s Web‑based product Infuse to view accounts and generate reports/statements, reducing client inquiries. Realize FCM team efficiencies through increased automation and workflow streamlining. Handle high‑volume transaction execution across multiple currencies and resolve a wide range of inquiries. Assess and communicate time‑sensitive transactions, determining if they fall within BBH’s risk tolerance or require escalation to senior management, including the Credit Committee and Partners. Required to work non‑traditional hours, including holidays, evenings, and weekends when necessary. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range (NY): $85,000 – $105,000 base salary + annual bonus target. BBH and its affiliates’ compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit‑sharing.
