Warehouse Associate Swing Shift

Warehouse associates are the foundation to our company's success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process, while ensuring quality standards. Responsibilities include receiving all inbound merchandise, restocking order pick and flow lines, ensuring placement of product in sufficient quantities, maintaining a high level of attention to detail, transferring merchandise, packing products securely, ensuring safe and efficient movement and tracking of products, maintaining inventory integrity, pulling orders, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed, performing end of shift tasks, maintaining orderly workstation, following all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures, and performing other related duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate should possess the following: reliable and dependable, steady work history, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include experience in warehouse/distribution center and/or food service, the ability to work scheduled/assigned times and required overtime, the ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift, the ability to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout the shift, the ability to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e., cooler, freezer and dry, and passing post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma/GED or equivalent, 6+ months experience in warehouse/distribution center and/or food service, steady work history, and warehouse full case selecting experience.
