Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $21.68 / Hour Job Schedule Thur 01:00 PM - 07:00 PM Fri 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM Sat 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM Sun 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facility areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Assist with visitor access procedures, directions, and other customer service needs while maintaining a professional presence. Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and promptly in accordance with site-specific requirements. Minimum Requirements Meet hospital vaccination requirements. Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience. Be able to work in a hospital morgue. Be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting. The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
