Weekend Fulfillment Associate Lead

Shipfusion Inc.

Description Oversee pickers/packers Actively work and communicate directly with the Operations Manager on day to day account operations and issues Handle and facilitate special instructions for each assigned account Overseeing pick queue Provide visibility and feedback of the operational side of a given account Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal Assist in employee development by training new team members Ensure quality control efforts are in place with each order Schedule: Saturday–Monday, 6am–6pm, with occasional overtime during the week. Requirements 2+ years experience working within a fulfillment center Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restrictions Able to stand and walk continuously during the entire length of the shift (8+ hours) Forklift certified or experience is a plus but not necessary Desire to work in a fast-paced, tech-oriented, warehouse environment Good communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Shipfusion Inc.
