Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit

We are seeking Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurses for acute care hospitals nationwide. Responsibilities of the RN - Registered Nurse – Intensive Care Unit Provides general nursing care to patients in Intensive Care Unit Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques Prepares equipment and aids physician during treatments and examinations of patients Observes patient, record significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of patient’s condition and reaction to drugs, treatments and significant incidents Takes temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess condition to patient Education Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing Current and Valid RN license Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required BSN strongly preferred Certifications BLS Required ACLS Required PALS Required Experience Required 2 years’ current experience working in acute care hospital 1 year experience working in an Intensive Care Unit Ability to administer all proper clinical care of patient Ability to maintain accurate medical record transcriptions Ability to work in a team environment Problem solving skill set Works collaboratively with healthcare professionals for quality patient care Email ID * This field is required Please enter valid emailId.
