ServiceNow Technical Project Manager

Role: ServiceNow Technical Project Manager (BFSI)
Client Location: Phoenix, AZ 85054 (Hybrid role)
Duration: 6 months
Interview 02 round need someone who will come for an in-person meeting for 2nd round.
We are seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Technical Project Manager with strong BFSI domain experience to lead ServiceNow transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing ServiceNow implementation, migration, integration, or platform modernization projects , with deep knowledge of ITSM and ITIL processes .
Key Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow projects as a Project Manager or Technical Project Manager.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow modules, workflows, platform capabilities, and implementation lifecycle .
- Expertise in ITSM processes , including Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management, Service Catalog, CMDB, and ITIL frameworks.
- Experience leading ServiceNow implementation, migration, integration, and transformation programs .
- Ability to coordinate directly with ServiceNow developers, architects, business analysts, integration teams, and infrastructure/application teams .
- Strong understanding of enterprise integrations and end-to-end service management solutions, including "single pane of glass" initiatives.
- Proven Agile delivery experience ( Agile SME is non-negotiable ).
- Hands-on project execution mindset with ownership of delivery, risk management, dependency tracking, stakeholder communication, and day-to-day coordination.
Ideal Profile:
ServiceNow SME + Technical Project Management + ITSM/ITIL Expertise + BFSI Domain Experience + Agile Leadership .
