Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Hope Network seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide person-centered ABA services for individuals with developmental, behavioral, and neurodiverse needs. In this mission-driven, interdisciplinary role, you will complete functional assessments, design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with clinical and community teams. You will coach families and staff, analyze data, ensure ethical, compliant documentation, and support innovative, evidence-based programming that empowers people to live more independently.
