About the RoleAs a Regional Sales Manager – Bay Area, you will lead sales execution across Northern California (focused on the Bay Area), driving sales, distribution, depletion, and market share growth for a premium wine portfolio. In addition to managing key distributor and customer relationships, you will lead and develop a team of sales professionals, ensuring strong market execution, accountability, and achievement of business objectives.ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance and accountable culture.Deliver sales, distribution, depletion, and market share goals throughout Northern California.Build strong relationships with distributor leadership, distributor sales teams, and key trade accounts.Develop and execute market plans that focus resources on the highest-impact opportunities.Drive distributor performance against goals for distribution, pricing, promotional activity, and execution standards.Lead market activations, wine dinners, trainings, and customer events that build brand awareness and sales.Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and recommend action plans.You are a proven sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, education, geographic location, internal equity, and market considerations. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation, bonuses, commissions, and/or a comprehensive benefits package, as applicable.
