Lifeguards - Community Education-Wylie Pool Rate of Pay: Pay starts at $13.50/hour – Must be 18 years or older Job Summary Dexter Community Education is seeking certified lifeguards to ensure the safety of participants during a variety of aquatic programs. Lifeguards will supervise swim lessons, open swim sessions, and team practices for both swim and dive. Positions are part‑time with flexible scheduling available across weekday mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Required Licenses & Certificates Current Red Cross certification in Lifeguarding & CPR-PR Fingerprinting and criminal check required Qualifications Current Red Cross certificates in Lifeguarding & CPR-PR Responsible & reliable Able to work with children and adults Able to enforce pool rules Able to remain calm and respond appropriately in emergency situations Able to maintain a safe pool environment for all patrons Pay and Hiring Information Position will be paid and hired through: EduStaff – 4120 Brockton Dr SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49512.
