Content & Community Strategist

What you'll do
- Make the content. 3 to 5 short videos a week across TikTok, Instagram, X and YouTube. What we're launching and why, what we're building this week, what happened in the office, the model drop everyone's talking about and what we make of it, the founder's takes, what AI actually sees when it looks at a $2,000 handbag.
- Run the creator program. Recruit the first 50 creators, write the brief, set up watermark and affiliate tracking.
- Host small, frequent events that double as content. Live builds, workshops, co-shoots, meetups. In person in NYC and online.
- Produce the founder. Turn a conversation with our CEO into a week of clips.
- Report the numbers.
- A public body of work. Content you made and posted, with an audience of any size that proves people share it.
- Fluency in the tools for creation and editing.
- Speed and a story. You shoot, edit and post on your own, daily, without a brief, and you can turn a launch, a bug or a Tuesday in the office into something people watch.
- Early-stage instinct. You'd rather own the whole thing than be handed a calendar.
