Partnering with Client Managers, the full-time remote Engagement Marketing Strategist will develop and execute client-specific communication strategies to enhance awareness and member engagement, leveraging lifecycle marketing and behavioral insights. Key responsibilities Collaborate with Client Managers to identify client goals and member engagement opportunities Create and implement tailored marketing campaigns to improve member activation and ongoing engagement Analyze campaign data to inform future strategies and optimize performance Required qualifications 5-8 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, or a related field Proven experience in developing communication strategies for diverse audiences Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and persuasive messaging Comfort with data analysis to drive campaign effectiveness and strategic recommendations
