Join Allied Universal as a Screener at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will help monitor access points, screen visitors and/or team members, and support smooth daily operations through strong customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by following site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Screen people, packages, bags, and/or vehicles entering or leaving the location in accordance with post orders and established screening guidelines.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or shipping documentation as required, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for suspicious activity, operational issues, and/or conditions that may require a security-related response.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
