Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough intake assessments, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each new client's needs and developing a tailored treatment plan. \n
- Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote healing and personal growth. \n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation, including progress notes, closure summaries, and transfer records, in accordance with HIPAA regulations. \n
- Develop and implement specialized programs as part of the Behavioral Health Department, including program coordination and management for mental health initiatives. \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop community resources aimed at preventive mental health services and address systemic barriers to care. \n
Our client base is diverse, comprising individuals from various backgrounds experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and co-occurring substance use concerns. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients facing unique situations, including addiction, homelessness, and socio-economic hurdles, allowing you to make a significant impact in the community.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required. \n
- Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory. \n
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in crisis management and mental health service provision is essential. \n
- Deep understanding of addiction issues and their relationship to psychotherapy and mental wellness. \n
- Proficiency in working with clients dealing with trauma, PTSD, homelessness, and other co-occurring disorders. \n
- Strong interpersonal skills with a respectful approach towards clients and colleagues alike. \n

- Experience with telehealth platforms and tools, facilitating remote therapy sessions effectively. \n
- Keen interest in community outreach and developing programs that enhance mental health support within local networks. \n
- Background in psychoeducational programming and resource allocation. \n
