Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each new client's needs and developing a tailored treatment plan.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote healing and personal growth.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation, including progress notes, closure summaries, and transfer records, in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Develop and implement specialized programs as part of the Behavioral Health Department, including program coordination and management for mental health initiatives.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop community resources aimed at preventive mental health services and address systemic barriers to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, comprising individuals from various backgrounds experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and co-occurring substance use concerns. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients facing unique situations, including addiction, homelessness, and socio-economic hurdles, allowing you to make a significant impact in the community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in crisis management and mental health service provision is essential.

• Deep understanding of addiction issues and their relationship to psychotherapy and mental wellness.

• Proficiency in working with clients dealing with trauma, PTSD, homelessness, and other co-occurring disorders.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a respectful approach towards clients and colleagues alike.
