As Director for Business Development, you will help guide and grow key economic development initiatives, including:

• The Rising Tide Community Loan Fund, a separate 501C3
• Lehigh and Northampton Counties Revolving Loan Fund
• Strategic partnerships and community investment opportunities
• Business outreach, relationship development, and funding growth

You will lead a passionate team, build meaningful community partnerships, and help shape innovative solutions that expand economic opportunity across the Lehigh Valley.
