Must be motivated to secure all aspects of the building and its personnel. Must have an ability to remain focused and constantly watching for violations (Company/Public Safety) of any kind. Must have an ability to defuse heated situations by using rationalization and level-headed thinking. Must have previous security experience. Must be 21 or older. Must have own transportation.
