Assistant Nurse Manager - Obstetrics

Position Overview The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) is a professional Registered Nurse who reports to the unit director/manager and utilizes the nursing process to manage clinical and operational activities within the assigned shift. The ANM supports the director/manager in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating the services of the unit and provides managerial presence for all shifts. Responsibilities Manage clinical and operational activities within the assigned shift, support unit leadership in service delivery, and maintain presence across all shifts to ensure quality patient care. Shift Details Part‑time, 20 hours weekly, Day shift. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BS or BSN). Registered Nurses employed in this role prior to November 1, 2024 are encouraged to pursue the BSN degree but obtaining the degree will not be a condition of employment. Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire. Preferred: Recent clinical experience in an acute care hospital.
