Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine Physician Opportunity

BJC Medical Group is seeking a BE/BC Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine physician to join our established practice based at Memorial Hospital in Belleville and Memorial Hospital in Shiloh. This is a unique opportunity to step into a thriving, turnkey practice with an established patient panel and immediate volume due to the retirement of a respected Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine physician. Located just minutes from downtown St. Louis, the practice offers the ideal combination of professional growth, collaboration, and quality of life.

Practice Details:

Sleep-focused practice with up to 20% Pulmonary Medicine
Ample experienced support staff including 3 APPs, 1 RN, 4 MAs and 3 Patient Service Reps
Mentoring and collaboration from 3 accomplished Pulmonary Sleep Medicine physicians
Clinic hours Monday through Friday with 36 patient-facing hours per week
Provide inpatient pulmonary rounding as part of a comprehensive practice model

Compensation & Benefits:

2 Year salary guarantee followed by wRVU productivity model with annual quality bonus
