Strategic Compensation Analyst - Hybrid, Growth & Benefits

Easterseals

Easterseals NH is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support the development of job descriptions, compensation programs and the annual merit review process, with a focus on supporting the Compensation & Benefits team through open enrollment. This is a full-time role with a hybrid schedule. The position requires a Bachelor’s in HR, 2–4 years of compensation experience, and a valid driver's license. Travel to office sites is expected.
