Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners! We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Assignment length: 14 weeks
• Shift hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Location Highlights

Westland offers convenient access to both Detroit and Ann Arbor, with downtown Detroit about 25 miles east and Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport about 10 miles south. Hines Park runs through nearby communities with miles of trails and picnic areas, and Edward Hines Drive provides a direct recreational corridor through western Wayne County. The city is close to cultural attractions such as The Henry Ford in Dearborn, roughly 15 miles away, and the Detroit Institute of Arts in Midtown Detroit, about a 35-minute drive. For outdoor time, Belle Isle Park sits along the Detroit River about 30 miles east, while Lower Huron Metropark offers boating, fishing, and wooded trails within about 20 minutes of Westland.
