We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Cherry Picker Operator to support daily warehouse and production operations. This role is responsible for safely operating a cherry picker forklift to move, load, unload, and stage materials while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and safety standards. The operator will work with a medium to large team and occasionally operate forklifts outdoors.

 

Responsibilities

• Operate a cherry picker forklift to load, unload, move, and stage materials
• Transport raw materials, finished goods, and pallets throughout the facility
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report any equipment issues immediately
• Ensure accurate placement of materials in designated locations
• Follow all safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with general warehouse or production tasks as needed

 

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience operating a forklift required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years in forklift operation
• Forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain certification)
• High school diploma or equivalent
