About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer to join their Executive Team and lead the alignment of people with purpose. Candidates for the Chief People Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree and professional HR or coaching certifications preferred. A minimum of 10 years' of progressive leadership experience in HR, talent management, or organizational development is required, with a strong background in HR operations and employment law. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building trust and working effectively with senior professionals, boards, and volunteers, and will possess strong strategic thinking, facilitation, and executive coaching skills. Experience in a nonprofit or values-driven organization, particularly within a Jewish communal or Federation setting, is highly valued. The role demands a leader who can champion a coaching-centered culture, manage conflict effectively, and navigate complex organizational dynamics with a focus on the company's vision and strategy.
