About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer to join their Executive Team and lead the alignment of people with purpose. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic vision and operational leadership of human resources, talent strategy, and organizational culture. Experience in a nonprofit or values-driven organization, particularly within a Jewish communal or Federation setting, is highly valued.
