  • $3 Weekends (6am Sat-Mon 5:59am)

How you will make an impact: 

Vista Prairie Communities is looking for Part-Time Flex Certified Nursing Assistants. As a dedicated Flex Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for traveling to multiple VPC communities and assisting residents with activities of daily living and health related services to maintain their physical and emotional well-being.   Some of your key accountabilities will include providing customer service, following delegated tasks, and providing resident care. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to unlock your true potential and find purpose in your work. Schedule: Part-Time,  All shifts (AM, PM, NOC) are required as well as one weekend per month. You will  pick up hours on all shifts and days of the week at the communities in the assigned region based on organizational need. This is a Traveling CNA role with mileage reimbursement. Flex CNAs are expected to pick up a variety of shifts at multiple locations. 

Please Note! There may be an opportunity for the role to transition to full-time in the future based on community needs and the growth of the Flex program.

Flex shifts are in at the following locations ONLY :
Eagle Pointe - St. Francis, MN
Red Cedar Canyon - Hudson, WI
Windmill Ponds - Alexandria, MN
Copperleaf - Willmar, MN
Brentwood - Rice Lake, WI

What you will need: 

• Active CNA certification in Minnesota or Wisconsin. Candidates must be eligible and willing to obtain CNA reciprocity in the neighboring state to support Flex assignments across both Minnesota and Wisconsin communities.
• For candidates who will be working in our Wisconsin communities, CBRF training is preferred but not required. Candidates who are not already CBRF trained will be put through the required training upon hire.
• 1 year of training in health-related disciplines and/or experience.  
• Must be a minimum of eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license or reliable source of travel.
