Essential Job Requirements Must be able to multi-task between variousresponsibilities Provide friendly, accurate and complete information to customers Respond to requests and resolve customer concerns as they arise Must be able to make hard decisions and handle stressful situations while deescalating difficult callers Must be able to meet deadlines with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality Please note: This position is an in-office only position. Required Education High School diploma or equivalent experience in a related field Required Skills Call center experience preferred Ability to find, read, interpret and document information from multiple sources including state and/or company systems Ability to type a minimum of 25 wpm Ability to sit for extended periods of time Available Schedules Full Time - 40 hours per week Work Arrangement Please note: This position is an in-office only position. #J-18808-Ljbffr YoungWilliams
