Job Description

• Operate production lines, stamping presses, and welding equipment safely while following all procedures.
• Move materials and perform physical tasks, including lifting 30+ lbs and supporting continuous production flow.
• Conduct quality checks and visual inspections to ensure parts meet standards and production goals.
• Assist with machine setup, basic troubleshooting, and adjusting equipment as needed.
• Support team operations, including pallet building, productivity monitoring, and cross-functional tasks.
• Maintain accurate documentation, follow instructions, and contribute to a safe, efficient work environment.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX 78264.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
