Job Description We are actively looking to hire a talented PMHNP Hybrid for our Moore, OK location. The role involves delivering high‑quality outpatient behavioral healthcare in a hybrid setting: two days in office (Monday and Friday) and three days via telehealth. Qualifications Fully licensed PMHNP B/C in Oklahoma. Experience working with child through adult populations. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range $163,000 to $190,378+ with unlimited/uncapped earnings. Annual incentive plan bonus of $8,000 (total package $200,378).
