Analyst - Service and Delivery

Description The Role Manage successful outsourcing of workflows including, but not limited to, certificates of insurance, evidence of insurance, auto identification cards, policy checking, claim management and MVRs. Perform database file management and input information accurately; manage and maintain documents in agency management system. Manage alerts from various carrier websites and other resources. Prepare and review client communications and deliverables. Assist in the preparation and distribution of client deliverables. Monitor and manage the process of client information, new business, renewals, endorsement, reinstatements and cancellations. Prepare, monitor and resolve billing discrepancies and perform reconciliations. Execute consistent and accurate data, information entry and maintenance in various systems including AMS, SharePoint, etc. Execute consistent and accurate database and document management processes and workflows. Coordinate and own the renewal process workflow for successful, timely execution. Provide training to Account Assistants. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications The Requirements Minimum of 2 years of brokerage experience Minimum of 3 years in a comparable and/or relevant work environment. Private Client insurance experience preferred. Strong communication skills: writing and presentation preparation. Excellent telephone etiquette for customer service environment including listening without interrupting, using a clear and audible voice and responding calmly and professionally. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and its more complex features. Ability to be resourceful, take initiative, solve problems and offer solutions. Works well with others in a fast-paced environment and be responsive to co-workers and colleagues. Must also work independently, with minimal direction. Adaptability and flexibility to respond to client and team needs. Strong time management skills. Ability to learn, adopt, and train use of technology systems and software applications. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to screen details and multi-task. Ability to review internal/external deliverables to ensure accuracy. Compensation and Benefits Base salary range and benefits information for this position is being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only). Base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $48,200.00-$103,200.00 USD annually. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
