Hours either 7:15-3:45, 7:30-4 or 8-4:30. Most of the time we would have our agency nurses 7:15 or 7:30 start as needed. Will reset for every 13 week contract. Guaranteed Hours: Yes Required Skills: Primarily will work in lab/injection area drawing from ports/CVCs. Good assessment skills are required. Infusion center. Recognize/communicate abnormal lab values. Accessing ports. Care and management of ports. Central line blood draw. Central line/implanted line care. PICC line care. Isolation precautions. Neutropenic precautions. IM injections.
