We help people love the way they look and feel for their most important moments by delivering personalized products and services through our convenient network of stores and e-commerce sites.**About the Job**We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Art Director, Campaign Creation to join our Marketing team. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who enjoys generating and shaping ideas, welcomes mentorship, and wants to understand the broader business not just the creative function. Great ideas rarely live in a creative bubble, so curiosity about the whole business is part of the job. The role is an opportunity for a curious, collaborative creative to turn big ideas into engaging brand experiences and have fun doing it.Working with creative, marketing, production, media, and other teams, the Art Director helps develop work that is visually compelling, relevant to customers, aligned with business goals, and practical to execute. From the first creative spark through photo and video shoots and post-production, this role supports the full creative cycle. It requires enthusiasm, hands-on experience, hard work, flexibility, and follow-through to see ideas through from start to finish. The ideal candidate brings imagination, openness, and persistence to every challenge, using creativity to develop solutions that serve both our customers and the business.**What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities**• Participate actively in creative ideation and concept development, turning briefs and business challenges into clear, compelling ideas.• Develop original visual concepts for integrated campaigns across digital, print, video, social, retail, and experiential channels.• Translate strategic and business objectives into thoughtful creative solutions that balance impact, brand consistency, timelines, and budget.• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, designers, marketers, producers, and media partners to create cohesive campaign work.• Support campaigns from concept through production, maintaining a strong point of view while remaining open to feedback and iteration.• Contribute to art direction for photo and video shoots, including preparation, on-set collaboration, and post-production review.• Partner with external production vendors and internal teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand assets.• Present creative concepts through clear, compelling decks and supporting documentation, including production briefs, explaining the thinking behind the work and connecting ideas to audience and business needs.• Explore AI tools and emerging technologies that can improve creative development and workflow efficiency.**What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience**• 5+ years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar role within an agency or in-house creative team.• A portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling, conceptual thinking, and execution across multiple mediums.• A genuine passion for art and design, supported by hands-on experience and a strong interest in exploring new creative approaches.• Experience developing campaign creative from initial idea through rollout.• Experience supporting photo and video shoots and collaborating on set.• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator; working knowledge of Figma.• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to give and receive feedback thoughtfully.• A collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves approach grounded in professionalism, empathy, mutual respect, and a genuine interest in creative partnership.• A growth mindset, with openness to mentorship, eagerness to learn, and a willingness to consider perspectives beyond the creative discipline.• The ability to connect creative ideas to customer, brand, operational, and commercial needs.• Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time for offsite photo and video shoots.Preferred Qualifications• Experience working with fashion, lifestyle, retail, or consumer brands.• Hands-on experience with motion design or video editing; proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable editing software is a plus.• Hands-on experience with AI tools and a curiosity to keep learning, paired with the creative judgment to use them thoughtfully, strategically, and in ways that elevate the work.• Familiarity with working across multiple brands, channels, or business partners.Please note that you do not need to qualify for all requirements to be considered. We encourage you to apply if you can meet most of the requirements and are comfortable opening a dialog to be considered.**Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands**• Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time• Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily• Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally• Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment• Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, from our Dublin, California office. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications. Over time, and subject to performance, tenure, and evolving responsibilities, total compensation for this role may grow to as much as $135,000. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.Note: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
