We are looking for an experienced HR Assistant for a premium manufacturer and distributor of high-quality fine food products l ocated in Arlington, TX

Join a well-established food manufacturing company seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support payroll, recruiting, employee records, and daily HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll and timekeeping.
• Maintain employee files and HR records.
• Assist with recruiting and interview scheduling.
• Perform data entry, filing, and HR administrative tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality and support HR projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of HR administrative experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with payroll or timekeeping systems (AsureForce preferred) is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish required

Compensation: $18 - $20/hr.
