Compensation: $35.00-$55.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: Day Shift | Monday-Friday | Standard Business Hours

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Product Compliance Specialist for Polaris in Wyoming, MN. In this role, you'll support the Compliance & Standards Excellence team by maintaining product certifications, tracking global regulatory requirements, and coordinating compliance efforts across engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams. • Obtain and maintain snowmobile emissions and product certifications for domestic and international markets
• Track and implement new global product regulations and certification requirements
• Coordinate compliance activities with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams
• Conduct compliance reviews within product development and part release processes
• Interface with regulatory agencies and third-party certification organizations
• Maintain and improve compliance systems, processes, and reporting requirements
• Monitor certification-related vehicle and engine tracking and prepare regulatory reports

What You Need to Bring to the Product Compliance Specialist Role:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Previous experience in product compliance, vehicle certification, or regulatory affairs preferred
• Automotive compliance experience required; powersports compliance experience is a plus
• Project management experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Strong research, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to take direction, adapt quickly, and learn new regulations and processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technical documentation systems
• Preferred Qualifications:
• PMP certification
• Powersports industry knowledge or enthusiast background
• Knowledge of vehicle systems and product development processes #metrocareers
