Available Shift: Evening (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

A well-established Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in the Williamsport area is seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team. We are hiring immediately for full-time, part-time, and per diem evening positions .

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration as needed.
• Obtain and record vital signs and promptly report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Safely transfer, reposition, and ambulate residents using proper techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care.
• Follow all infection prevention, safety, and facility policies and procedures.
• Provide compassionate emotional support while promoting residents' dignity and independence.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care is preferred but new CNAs are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Schedule

• Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem positions available
• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Weekend and holiday rotation may be required.
