If you are joining us from another crew, you will not be required to take a pay cut to enter the Foreman track.Foreman Pay LevelsLevel 1: Foreman in Training | $25–$27 per hourLevel 2: Foreman | $28–$29 per hourLevel 3: Advanced Foreman | $30–$31 per hourLevel 4: Senior Foreman | $32 per hourQuarterly Performance BonusForemen can earn up to $1,500 per quarter ($6,000/year) based on crew performance, hitting deadlines, maintaining high quality, customer satisfaction, and safe project execution.Clear Pay ReviewsEvery new Foreman completes a 30-day field validation period to demonstrate their daily planning, plan reading, and crew leadership.
