At our state-of-the-art facility in Columbus, OH 43224, you arrive to a quick team huddle, review the production plan, and power up your station. You verify equipment settings, walk the line to confirm safety checks, and begin steady, precise runs. Throughout the shift, you assemble components to exact specs, keep your area spotless, and perform quick quality checks that ensure every product meets our standards.

• Operate and continually monitor manufacturing equipment for consistent, optimal performance.
• Follow all safety procedures and keep your workspace clean and organized.
• Assemble and produce components precisely to specification.
• Conduct in-process inspections and quality checks to uphold production standards.
• Coordinate with teammates to hit hourly targets and daily deadlines.
• Report equipment issues or safety concerns to your supervisor as soon as they arise.
• Join ongoing training to sharpen your skills and expand your knowledge.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or production is a plus.
• Sharp attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Collaboration mindset and comfort working on a team.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing processes.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including overtime when needed.
• Clear communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
