Kramers, a historic bookstore in Washington, DC, is seeking a Floor Manager to lead the sales floor, supervise booksellers, and ensure outstanding customer service. Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive daily operations and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere. Ideal candidates bring extensive retail experience, preferably in books, with knowledge of Bookmanager. You will mentor the team, manage shelf replenishment, inventory, and customer queries, while representing our #J-18808-Ljbffr KBA Retail LLC
