Job Overview Machine Maintenance Technician – Broomfield, CO. Partner with operations, facilities, EHS, and engineering to perform maintenance on production equipment. Report to the Director of Manufacturing/Operations. Responsibilities Preventive & corrective maintenance of CNC equipment Maintenance & support of welding systems Final finishing & surface treatment equipment support Ultrasonic cleaning equipment maintenance Execute and document preventive maintenance (PM) program Ensure safety, continuous improvement, and cross‑functional support Qualifications Technical certificate or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electro‑Mechanical Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Electrical or Mechanical Systems 4–6+ years of job‑related experience maintaining CNC and manufacturing equipment Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting of CNC machines Welding equipment technical competence and safety awareness Execution of preventive maintenance and documentation discipline Support of ultrasonic cleaning and process equipment Knowledge of equipment safety, lockout/tag‑out, and controlled access Continuous improvement and cross‑functional communication skills Preferred Skills Accurate execution of scheduled PM activities following documented procedures and manufacturer recommendations Strong documentation habits within formal PM systems to support audits and reliability improvement Diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on CNC machining centers, lathes, bar feeders, coolant systems, and chip handling equipment Physical Demands Lifting, standing, and operating in a fast‑pace manufacturing environment. Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay range: $27–$40. Discretionary annual bonus at the company's discretion.
