Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary & Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services in a pediatric outpatient setting for patients from birth to age 21.
• Plan, prepare, and implement individualized treatment programs to maintain, improve, or restore each child's highest level of function.
• Perform and document initial evaluations, treatment sessions, patient responses, and progress notes.
• Communicate regularly with families regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs to support continued progress.
• Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as needed to maximize therapeutic benefits.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as required.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and ABA Therapists, to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with organizational standards.
• Participate in team collaboration and professional development activities.

Education, Licensure, and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Kansas Physical Therapist License or eligibility for licensure in Kansas.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Pediatric experience preferred; clinical education experience with pediatric populations will be considered.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Must successfully pass required background and drug screening.
