Requirements Strong understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and treatment planning Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements with patients Knowledge of PPO insurance verification, breakdowns, and maximizing benefits Ability to explain treatment in a confident, compassionate, and patient-friendly manner Strong case acceptance and relationship-building skills Experience with scheduling for productivity and provider optimization Proficient in dental software systems such as Dentrix, Dentrix Core, Ascend, or similar PMS platforms Ability to manage patient follow-up and unscheduled treatment reports Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work collaboratively with doctors and clinical teams Strong attention to detail with insurance submissions, documentation, and consent forms Reliable attendance, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality Preferred Qualities Production- and goal-oriented mindset Ability to drive same-day treatment acceptance Strong phone skills and ability to convert calls into scheduled appointments Leadership mentality with willingness to support overall office operations If you're ready to be part of a team that genuinely cares about its patients and employees, we'd love to hear from you!
