EPA-Certified HVAC & Apartment Maintenance Tech

MAA is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician in Overland Park, KS. You will perform general maintenance and repairs to keep apartment homes and facilities in good working order, diagnose and repair HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks, and follow a preventive maintenance schedule. You will also communicate with residents after repairs to ensure satisfaction. Qualified candidates will have 1–3 years in multifamily property maintenance, HVAC experience, EPA Type II or EPA #J-18808-Ljbffr MAA
