This position involves developing project design criteria and creating comprehensive design packages that guide the construction and operation of substations. The role requires collaboration with cross‑functional teams, including sales and project management, to address potential challenges and provide innovative solutions. What You Bring Confirmed Experience: 7‑10 years in engineering roles within AIS/GIS Substations EPC. Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of high voltage AIS/GIS equipment and electrical engineering principles. Project Engineering Skills: Proficient in engineering design, analysis, and implementation, including the ability to develop and review technical documentation and specifications. Design & Analysis: Ability to create and evaluate engineering designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements. Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve engineering challenges effectively. Collaboration & Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with project teams and stakeholders. EHS Compliance: Experience ensuring environmental, health, and safety compliance in engineering practices. Education & Certification: Minimum bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (or related field) and relevant certifications, with hands‑on experience in HV‑Substation design and construction.
