Role Personal Trainer responsible for delivering engaging, results-driven workouts for members at all fitness levels. Key Responsibilities Conduct member orientations, biometric assessments, and goal setting deliver personalized, safe training sessions track client progress build and maintain a client base prospect and convert leads manage scheduling, forecasts, and substitutes complete training and follow procedures work flexible hours Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED certified personal trainer CPR/AED certification excellent communication and rapport-building skills organized punctual friendly enthusiastic quick learner ability to lift up to 50 pounds Preferred Bachelor’s degree in related field one year of experience Benefits Complimentary membership, discounts, referral bonuses, certifications, continuing education, and full-time benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. #J-18808-Ljbffr LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC
