Position Overview

Rocky Mountain Prep is seeking exceptional current and aspiring math educators to join our Math Talent Pool & Leadership Fellowship . This opportunity is designed for:

• Strong classroom math teachers
• Instructional coaches
• Interventionists

• Aspiring assistant principals or principals
• Content experts interested in network-level impact
• Individuals who may not see an exact opening currently posted but know they want to grow with Rocky Mountain Prep

Qualifications

We know great educators come from many backgrounds and experiences. If you meet many — but not all — of the qualifications below, we encourage you to apply.

Required

• Passion for educational equity and student achievement
• Strong belief in rigorous math instruction for all students
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics
• Ability to obtain appropriate Colorado licensure if required

Preferred

• Previous math teaching or instructional experience
• Demonstrated student achievement results
• Leadership experience, formally or informally
• Experience in data-driven instruction
• Multilingual abilities
• Experience serving historically marginalized communities

Salary

This is a full-time position. Salary will depend on the specific role, experience, and qualifications. RMP is offering a $5,000 signing bonus to the right candidate.
