Senior System Administrator

Location Location: Austin, Texas - ONSITE (NO REMOTE WORK). Only local candidates to the Austin area will be considered. Role Overview Snowflake Administrator responsible for managing and optimizing the Snowflake platform, including RBAC, SSO integration, and enterprise data governance. Enables AI capabilities using Snowflake Cortex while supporting data pipelines with DBT and Openflow. Ensures secure, scalable, and cost-efficient data platform operations across environments. Candidate Skills and Qualifications 8+ years – Required: Strong hands‑on experience administering Snowflake platform (DBA/Admin role) 8+ years – Required: Experience implementing RBAC and data access governance 8+ years – Required: Experience with SSO integration (Okta, SailPoint) 8+ years – Required: Enable and support Snowflake AI (Cortex) features, including AI functions, governance, and monitoring 8+ years – Required: Design and manage Snowflake roles, privileges, and user provisioning aligned with enterprise IAM processes 8+ years – Required: Build and support data pipelines and transformations using DBT 8+ years – Required: Integrate Snowflake with Openflow (or similar orchestration tools) for workflow automation 8+ years – Required: Monitor and optimize warehouse performance, cost, and query execution 8+ years – Required: Implement security controls including encryption, masking, and audit monitoring 8+ years – Required: Develop automation scripts for provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance 8+ years – Required: Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and AI teams to support data and analytics use cases 4+ years – Preferred: Experience with DevOps / CI-CD pipelines for data platforms 3+ years – Preferred: Experience integrating Openflow or workflow orchestration tools 3+ years – Preferred: Familiarity with public sector or healthcare compliance environments #J-18808-Ljbffr Digerati Systems
