Operating Room/Surgery RN Opportunity - Exciting opportunity for Registered Nurses in the Operating Room/Surgery - Join our passionate team and make a difference in patients' lives every day! - **Shift Options:** - 0630 - 1500 (2 positions) - 1100 - 1930 (1 position) - 1400 - 2230 (1 position) - **Patient Care Areas:** - Minimal pediatrics - Service lines include: - Gastrointestinal (GI) - very important, as OR staff cover GI cases on call and during the week - General Surgery - Urology - Gynecology - Vascular - Orthopedics - Neurosurgery - Robotics, including XI, DV5, and ION - Reconstructive Plastics - Podiatry - Cardiovascular (a plus, but not required) - **Key Qualifications:** - Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred - 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred - BLS certification required - RN License in state of employment or compact - EPIC experience highly preferred - **Core Competencies:** - Provide routine and complex care independently - Demonstrate awareness of all relevant clinical aspects - Utilize the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation - Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social patient needs - Administer medications and treatments following protocols - Monitor treatment effectiveness and side effects - Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care provided - Assess learning needs and provide education to patients and families - **Work Schedule:** - Full Time (5 Days - 8 Hours) Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
