Duck Creek Policy Business Analyst

We are hiring for a Duck Creek Policy Business Analyst. The role focuses on gathering and analyzing business requirements, improving business processes, and delivering solutions that support organizational goals.
A strong fit will have experience working with stakeholders, product owners, project managers, and technical teams to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
What you bring
- Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business requirements.
- Experience conducting business process analysis and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Experience creating and maintaining BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
- Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement gathering sessions.
- Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing through test scenarios and result validation.
- Experience analyzing data, preparing reports, and providing actionable insights.
- Experience documenting current-state and future-state business processes.
What you'll do
- Gather and validate requirements from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Support User Acceptance Testing by developing test scenarios and validating results.
- Assist with project planning, change management, and implementation activities.
- Monitor project progress and communicate risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
