Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client strengths, needs, and therapeutic goals, customizing approaches to align with each individual's circumstances.

  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, group, couples, and family settings, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused techniques.

  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client care and outcomes.

  • Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with applicable legal and ethical standards, ensuring clarity and continuity of care.

  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training, staying informed about the latest advancements in mental health practices and strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will be instrumental in addressing the needs of a wide range of clients experiencing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relational challenges. Our focus includes underserved populations, aiming to bridge gaps in care accessibility and improve overall community mental health.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

  • Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

  • A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
  • \n
  • Strong understanding of legal, ethical, and clinical standards related to counseling practices.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of connecting with diverse clients and building trust.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team environment.

  • Proficiency in the use of electronic medical records (EMR) software and familiarity with telehealth platforms.

  • Experience or specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment is highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n

  • The salary range for this position is approximately USD 70,000 to USD 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
